We are the second largest company in the world in salmon production.


We are a company from the south of Chile and we have presence through our fish farms, cultivation centers and processing plants in the regions of Araucanía, Los Lagos, Los Ríos, Aysén and Magallanes of Chile.


AquaChile is an open company in the Santiago Stock Exchange since 2011. We seek to provide value to our investors by giving information about our company and its financial performance.

Atlantic Salmon

The freshness of the waters of southern Chile is ideal for the cultivation of Atlantic Salmon, a large fish with an elongated body and a characteristic silver color with black spots on its body. Its meat is very versatile for all types of cuts, besides being very healthy for its high content of proteins and Omega-3.

Coho Salmon
The Coho salmon has become a highly desired food in Japan which has become widely known and can be consumed in several different ways, especially salted and cooked as what is known as “kirimi”. This fish also has a high percentage of DHA, as in other salmonids, making it highly valued for its positive levels of Omega-3.
Sea Trout
Chile is the main Sea Trout producer in the world. This species needs cold, fresh water. It is a very tasty food, with a very strong, unmistakeable orange color that makes it stand out from other salmonids. It also has a high content of Omega-3 fatty acids and proteins, making it a very nutritious meat.

Verlasso® is our ultra premium salmon. It is an Atlantic salmon produced in the south of Chile and sent fresh and frozen to the United States, where it is sold to distributors, restaurants and retail chains. The "Seafood Watch" program of the Monterey Bay Aquarium in the United States has cataloged Verlasso® as "Good Alternative"


Tilapia is a low-calorie food that is rich in essential proteins, minerals and vitamins. AquaChile Tilapia is grown in freshwater in Costa Rica, with great care for its welfare, the environment and the health of those who will consume it.
